U.S. Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin has confirmed reports, and satellite images from South Korea show, that North Korean troops have been sent to Russia for training and could be deployed to Ukraine to aid in Putin’s war. NBC’s Keir Simmons reports for TODAY.
