In an exclusive interview, Miami Dolphins wide receiver Tyreek Hill described how police stopped him on his way to the Dolphins home opener and handcuffed him. The police union defended the officers, saying Hill was driving in an unsafe manner and was not being cooperative. NBC News’ Jesse Kirsch reports.
