Under tight security, the Olympic Ceremony kicked off the Paris Olympics, with LeBron James and Coco Gauff the flag bearers for Team USA. Hours before the ceremony, sabotage attacks paralyzed France’s high-speed train system. Travel for up to 800,000 people could be affected through the weekend. NBC News’ Tom Llamas reports.
