More than 2 million remain without power in the Houston area after Hurricane Beryl swept through. The storm is now blamed on the deaths of at least 10 people. As floodwaters receded in the Houston area, the remnants of the storm caused severe weather in the Midwest. NBC News’ Priscilla Thompson reports.
