Memorials are being held around the world marking one year since Hamas launched a surprise terror attack at a music festival in Israel where thousands were killed and injured and hundreds more were taken hostage. The attack sparked a devastating war in Gaza that has spiraled to other parts of the Middle East. NBC’s Richard Engel reports for TODAY.
