Hurricane Beryl struck a blow to Jamaica as a massive, category 4 storm, causing a dangerous storm surge, bending power lines and knocking out electricity. At least seven people have been reported killed across the Caribbean this week from the hurricane. NBC News’ Sam Brock reports from Jamaica.
