Vice President Kamala Harris appeared at a Philadelphia campaign rally with her newly chosen running mate, Gov. Tim Walz of Minnesota. The Harris campaign hopes Walz will help solidify support for the Democratic ticket in Midwestern states. Former President Trump blasted the ticket as “the most radical left duo in American history.” NBC News’ Peter Alexander reports.
