After an intense manhunt, authorities said 31-year-old Skylar Meade and Nicholas Umphenour were arrested after a vehicle pursuit. Umphenour allegedly ambushed corrections officers and helped Meade escape after a hospital visit. NBC News’ Dana Griffin reports.
