U.S. Air Force Col. Erick Gilbert managed to visit 28 of all 30 MLB ballparks with his family before his oldest son, Dane, turned 18 years old. But Gilbert died of a sudden illness two ballparks shy of achieving their dream. This past weekend, the Tampa Bay Rays and Miami Marlins helped his family make that dream come true.
