Two top Border Patrol officials and others are being investigated over their contacts with a Mexican tequila maker, current and former officials tell NBC News. Investigators are asking whether the officials properly disclosed the contact and whether they accepted anything that would violate ethics rules. NBC News’ Julia Ainsley reports.
