A fuel truck crash in Norwalk, Connecticut, shut down I-95 in both directions as thick black smoke rose into the air. That stretch of the highway could be closed through the weekend. Investigators are still looking for what caused the crash. NBC’s Emilie Ikeda reports for TODAY.
